Venn is focused on a new way of neighboring to balance city life with more space for community. Through co-living & co-working spaces, members of Venn can have access to multiple connection points in their local Brooklyn neighborhood.

Clear Studios renovated the ground level co-working space on Knickerbocker Ave. Community hub for working, events & gatherings - the multi-functional space was designed to be inviting & welcoming. Custom screen partition for both privacy and flow of natural lighting within the space.  Sol-tech lighting keeps the plants alive & flourishing.
